Assessment & Preparation
Every project begins with a thorough inspection. We assess timber type, previous coatings, movement, and structural condition. Furniture is cleared, nails are punched, minor repairs are completed, and the floor is prepared for precision sanding.
Precision Sanding
We use professional-grade drum sanders and planetary sanding systems from leading manufacturers, ensuring an even, consistent surface. Edgers and corner sanders allow us to reach tight areas for a flawless result from wall to wall.
Finishing & Protection
Once sanded to perfection, we apply premium-grade coatings — from water-based polyurethanes for a modern, low-odour finish to oil-based systems for rich depth and warmth.
